Services We Offer
We provide an online platform that enables users to:
- Search and view a wide range of diagnostic tests offered by our partner laboratories and pharmacies.
- View detailed information about each lab or pharmacy, including location, available test types, and operating hours.
- Schedule appointments for tests at a time and date that is convenient for the user.
- Access and download test results securely from within the application.
- Manage multiple profiles for family members and book appointments on their behalf.
Note: All payments for tests are handled directly at the pharmacy or laboratory and are **not** processed through the G24 platform.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the service with or without notice.
Your Responsibilities
By accessing and using our platform, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and health information when creating an account or booking a test.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Refrain from misusing the platform or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or to our systems.
- Comply with all lab-specific policies, including those related to bookings, cancellations, and arrival times.
- Ensure that you or the person being tested arrive at the pharmacy on time with any required documents.
Test Results
- Test results will be made available through the app as soon as they are available.
- The time required to receive results may vary depending on the type of test and the processing time of the laboratory/pharmacy.
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the laboratory or external factors.
- Consult a qualified healthcare provider to interpret the test results. G24 does **not** provide health advice.
Limitation of Liability
- G24 acts only as an intermediary between users and laboratories/pharmacies and does not perform any health tests itself.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of test results provided by partners.
- We are not liable for any health decisions, diagnoses, or treatments made based on test results obtained through our platform.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal data except as required by applicable law.

Updates to Terms
